[bedevtalk] Detecting BONE for compiling?

Is there any standard way of detecting whether the system one is compiling
on has BONE installed?  I thought there might be a macro definition, but
it doesn't seem so.

I'm trying to get the latest Ruby working.  Interestingly its 'configure'
has quite a few BeOS options already, though they're not quite complete.
It does. however, assume net_server, so I had to hack a couple of the
BeOS ifdefs to get it to compile on mine.  It would be nice to do this
automatically.

If nothing else, I can simply add 'BONE' to the compile flags at the
configure stage, but it'd be nice if it was automatic.
