[ge-talk] Feedback on R2 Deskbar Mockup

I would change this tab bar in another way. if the bar will go on the top (I
prefer the deskbar to be on the bottom for several reasons besides the fact
I'm to used to it on Windows), the tabs should be under the icons. This way
you have the fitts law effect of throwing your mouse all the way up and hit
the icon.
And this reveals another flaw with the proposed deskbar mock up. Since
there's that tiny scrollbar on the bottom, you can't just throw the mouse
down to hit the links.

Why do i like the deskbar on the bottom instead of the side? Because when
you click on a button, a menu pops up instead of to the left which changes
your focus since most languages are read from left to right. This is coming
from a person who reads Hebrew all the time! Also I feel the sidebar gets in
the way of windows.
