We have a simpler one right now - most programs are on BeBits.com and there
are links there to the developer email and web site.  As well, there's a
talkback area where people can post comments - useful for when the developer
has gone bye-bye.

As for crash data (call stack usually is enough), mailing that automatically
is a good idea.  So long as it's not the e-mail program crashing :-)
