It would be a good idea, but I believe Negroponte is a huge Linux fan. I've
stopped trying to reach out to Linux users after a presentation of mine led
to a 5 minute standing ovation for BeOS only to be boo'd off stage from a QA
session where they found that it was a commercial application in 1996.
Linux users are religious.
