GRAH! One of my pet hates. I suppose it's the only way to make Windows 
pleasent, though...

One of the thing I love about Be is the "components" approach: 
replicants, inter-application communication, tracker add-ons (and the 
fact that tracker is so fantastic you don't NEED iTunes, just something 
to play yer files). This doesn't work with maximised windows.
