Who said that this would be needed for *every* control?

Common sense implies that you provide help for things that are
not already obvious.

What does "taking the forking piss" mean? It is not in my dictionary.

I assume the documentation is available online as well.
So what's the problem to provide a link from the Save panel to
the documentation.
