I haven't even thought of the alt+number yet. That's an interesting
problem on its own. I could perhaps type control 0128 or control euro
to get the same thing and I wouldn't have to stretch my fingers all
the way to the numpad.
There would be no need for alt for commands such as alt+f4 since you'd
type control and then close window or cw
Alt would be for the main menu, alt tab and control alt delete. Maybe
you need sticky keys for those 2 things
