[ge-talk] The intelligent Desktop?

I recognized that many many People just putting everything on the desktop.

Especial newbes or if you need the dokument shortly.

But it always look like a mess and also Clean up dosent help much.

Therefore it would be unbelible usable if you have a system to 
automatically "move" the dokuments where it belongs but also can open it 
instantly from the desktop.

Therefore it would be verry usefull if there is a Folderstruckture for 
main dokuments

like:
/boot/home/Media/Text
/boot/home/Media/Video
/boot/home/Media/Sound
.....
/boot/home/Media/Zips


I thought about two possibilities how it can be done

   1.  a configruable filter wich scan´s files and put them in place
      wich are defined bevore
      (scanned by mime ending and also the content)
      you can add or define rules so that the filter can "decide" where
      to put the file
      eg. if it is a Gobedocument and the content contains the Words
      "cooking recipe"
      it moves this dokument from the desktop to"
      /boot/home/Media/Texts/Cooking Recipes"
   2. a neuronal net based "server" wich is able to learn wich dokument
      belongs into wich direktory http://www.bebits.com/app/240

To access the last moved dokuments there is a "Symol" (eg. Folder with 
brain on it or something like this) if you move over this icon a submenu 
comes up with all last moved dokuments...so that you can access them 
verry fast.

Maby you can also add this filter to every folder you want to, so that 
you easily can clean up every folder and even monitor every direktory 
(maby you can add special aktions like: alert me when dokument xy shows 
up *g*)
